MW2 SEASON 1 REVEALED! | Warzone 2.0, DMZ, Battlepass & MORE!
3This is everything coming to MW2 as part of Season 1 in 60 Seconds!
The main updates are Warzone 2.0 and the DMZ which is a brand-new mode similar to Escape from Tarkov. Both of these will be played on the new map Al Mazrah and it's been confirmed that a 3rd person mode will be coming to Warzone 2.0 as well. The gulag is all new and has an AI jailer to defeat to escape quickly as well as loads of other new features coming to warzone 2 like proximity chat that will be confirmed in the reveal event later tonight.
For multiplayer shoothouse and shipment are returning as 6v6 maps for really easy weapon levelling and camo grinding. We also will be getting a new mode called raid and a CDL moshpit playlist. A new battlepass system will be coming that has 20+ sectors with 5 items per sector using tokens to unlock them as you progress. There's a new operator coming called Zeus at launch with Gaz coming mid-season and Messi, Pogba and Neymar bundles available to buy in the store. We also have 4 new weapons coming 2 in the battle pass and 2 mid-season. We have the BAS-P SMG, Victus XMR sniper, M13B Assault rifle and chimaera assault rifle. 5 prestige will also be coming for you to earn as you continue to level up past level 55.
Season 1 will be coming on November 16th with warzone 2 available for preload on November 14th at 10am PT
