My Backing Track Got Copyright Flagged (Please Read Description)

Hi all.
An amendments to the video that I would like to make is that the song that I apparently am playing actually goes
B Minor, A Major, GMajor, F Sharpe Major, F Major.
So its not even the same progression as the one in my backing track.
I don't play an F Major chord in it.
So if its not the chord progression they Copyright flagged, it has to be the Key (B Minor), Tempo or Rhythm and you cannot copyright any of those things.
This is absolutely unreal and i really do not have the words to express my sadness and anger towards this issue.
Wheres the line here??????????????
