Just a quick look at my ES-DE setup (portable version).
I've made use of my PS4, PS5 and XBLIG video recordings and added them to the system. I've also added Windows PC and Windows 3x.
You just need to make ES-DE think that the MP4 files are roms by using a command prompt ren . *.jpg (change the .jpg to whatever is needed - for Windows its bat files, PS5 it's .PS5 and Xbox it's iso) and adding PS5 and XBLIG to the es-systems file.
Just need to add a good quality PS5 controller image!
