My ePSXe Emulator Configuration

This is how I play games with that emulator. You may need newer versions for some games but the settings for each plugin are the same.
In "texture filtering" you will need to change its value for each game. For example, in Xenogears, mode 2 is the best.
In VRAM settings, you should use the "autodetect" option. But some games like Metal Gear Solid run faster with the "128 or more" option.
About FPS limitation, you should always use "auto-detect fps". But you can put your own quantity (recommended: 50 for PAL games and 60 for NTCS games).
If the game runs slow in your computer, you may want to try the PEOPS Soft plugin. The image quality will be worse but it will run ALWAYS at max fps speed.
About the sound plugin, be sure to select only one option for each game type. If you're playing FF7 and select the MGS option, you may have problems with the sound.
I also show in this video the PEC cheat plugin. Just select that one in video options, and configure it with the PEOPS plugin you want. Then open the PEC Database, choose the cheats you want and click "send to plugin". In some games you may corrupt your playthrough, so be careful.

De esta forma juego en el emulador. Puede que necesiteis nuevas versiones para algunos juegos pero la configuración para los plugins son las mismas.
En "filtrado de texturas" necesitarás cambiar el valor para cada juego. Por ejemplo, en Xenogears, el modo 2 es el mejor.
En las opciones de VRAM, deberías usar siempre la opción "autodetectar". Pero algunos juegos como Metal Gear Solid corren más rápido si seleccionas la opción "128 o más".
Sobre el límite de FPS, siempre deberías usar "autodetectar fps". Pero puedes poner una cantidad personalizada (lo recomendado es: 50 para juegos PAL y 60 para juegos NTSC).
Si el juego corre lento en tu ordenador, puedes probar el plugin PEOPS Soft. La calidad de imagen será peor pero correrá siempre a máxima velocidad.
Sobre el plugin de sonido, asegurate de seleccionar solo una opción por cada tipo de juego. Si estás jugando a FF7 y seleccionas la opción del MGS, quizás tengas problemas con el sonido.
Además en este video enseño el plugin de trucos PEC. Solo tienes que seleccionarlo en las opciones de video, y configurarlo con el plugin PEOPS que quieras. Luego abre la base de datos PEC, elige los trucos que quieras y haz click en "mandar al plugin". En algunos juegos puedes corromper tu partida, así que ten cuidado.
