So, I recently had to send my controller into SteelSeries due to some issues. I got some really good customer service out of it, and wanted to discuss it.

This situation reminded me of another customer service experience I had with SteelSeries back in 2016, when a different controller I had was having a different issue. Needless to say, I was very impressed then. SteelSeries is a great company when it comes to how they treat their customers. But anyway, if you guys enjoyed this video, be sure to let me know.
