This is not your typical PitTan VGM cover but I hope you don't mind a few classical/jazz tracks here and there. I actually came across Hough's arrangement back in 2017 and I found it again in 2021 and boi do I miss it. It is arranged with such creative ideas, with the famous motifs being cleverly layered on top of each other. I really wanted to try arrange this version for 4 violins but I had to make sure it was crafted with techniques that the violin can do and make it sound very similar to what the piano version had. I used some Mendelssohn and Wieniawski violin technique ideas which can be heard in the latter half of this track. This is probably one of the hardest arrangements I had to play for myself and man, I hope I don't have to play it again XD
Hope you still enjoy this besides it not being VGM! xx
