D HANDEL LAT PULL DOWN, REPS = (8 reps)+ 2 reps
slow eccentric ( PAUSE 5 SEC ENDING REPS) then back
double biceps pose for 10 seconds. Rest = 2 TO 3 MIN.
B) D HANDEL SEATED ROW.
3 SET, 10 TO 12 REPS, (PAUSE 5 SEC ENDING REPS) HIT BACK DOUBLE BICEPS FOR 10 SECOND. REST 2 TO 3 MIN.
C) T BAR ROWS
WIDE GRIP. (PAUSE 5 SECOND)
3 SET. REPS = 10 to 12. REST = 2 to 3 MIN.
D) 1 HAND CHEST SUPPORTED ROW ( PULL YOUR CABLE HANDEL TO YOUR HIPS POSITION FOR MORE LOWER LATS ACTIVATION)
(PAUSE 5 SEC ENDING REPS) ( POSE 10 SECOND FRONT LAT SPREAD). 10 REPS BOTH SIDE, REST 90 SECOND.
E) HIGH ROPE PULLY ROWS ... 8 to 10 reps. ( Pause 5 seconds last reps .)
Rest = 40 seconds. Rest = 45 sec. SET = 5.
