About the theme and character. Nice theme for someone doomed to die in 2 episodes. They d better just took her quirk away and left her quirkless, instead of killing her. No, I'm not a simp xd (not fan of man-like ladies, cmon what are those byceps and neck, even her face looks musculine in some scenes. Gran torino would definitely back me up on that, saying, her admiration for All might is a shackle xd). It just feels cheap to introduce a character which exists only as a meassure to seize All for One's power in half. All for one could have suffered from bunch of quirks which were stored in him, like the users of his stolen quirks could have injured him from within or something. Anything would have worked but killing Star. It was not even that worthy actually. All Might, a near elderly pensioner, not only beated and survived battle with All for one, but will repeat the same thing in future. Meanwhile Cathleen Bate - guess it is a nice sunny day to die. Splendid writing Horikoshi. Bravo. Guess not that much of his fault, I can imagine him being under influence of some company that sponsors him or holds some rights made him hate his own story to make such decisions. Heard such rumors back in 2022 while reading manga.
