2ok so maybe it wont be the next video that is about the expander again but anyways the video explains everything also i forgot to mention one more thing you can't eat popcorn with the expander on srry i haven't made a video in a while i've been busy with stuff the expander is basicly breaking your palate bone it will heal as it sits for a few months i will be making another video soon! i go to Dr.Bartlett orthadontics office so i recomend that office if you live in the queensbury ny area
