The Mightiest Warrior! Super Saiyan 4 Vegetto!! (最強の戦士！超サイヤ人4ベジット！！ Saikyō no senshi! Sūpā Saiya-jin fō Bejītto!!)

SSJG Goku does better than SSJBKK Vegito Blue against Cumber even if we consider him getting weakened from the Power Ball and Fu.
SSJ4 Vegito Xeno vs. SSJ3 Cumber is just a recycled version of SSJBKK Vegito vs. Base Cumber from Episode 3 just shorter and some scenes cut out.
Now did they fuck up Vegito? Not really, it just wasn't worth it because it was so quickly done. Vegito Xeno overwhelmed Cumber with a simple Kamehameha while Vegito failed with Kaioken Final Kamehameha.

If this was Dragon Ball Super, people would excuse this somehow like how SSJB Goku can physically harm Merged Zamasu while SSJB Vegito can't with his strongest move.
