His four arms hold four different contraptions of annoyance which make sounds that are guaranteed to give you a headache, and if that wasn’t bad enough he runs a tv program called “NTV” where he’ll literally broadcast his hijinks and call them “pranks”, leaving you with second hand embarrassment as you realize that there are people laughing at you behind the scenes.
