The Toronto Raptors are glitched in 2K11. I've gone down in difficulty from hall of fame to all star. All star seems pretty good because the CPU will miss shots sometimes. They still go on runs and are capable of dominating you, but it's not like they never make any mistakes like hall of fame.

Even on all star difficulty the Raptors can't stay competitive in games!
