With UGR now pushing you to max out most, if not, all of your cars, you're gonna have to stay on top of things from here on out, which includes me as I've finally maxed out the 3rd generation of the Most Wanted BMW M3/M4. Built to combat the Return of Razor Callahan, this special M4 helped chase the former #1 Blacklist racer out of Blackridge with help from Officer Rivera. Nowadays, this high-end M4 is best known for being one seriously fast Sports Class car and a deadly rival for the AMG C63 S Mercedes.
