Since his accident in NYC, Marcus lost your One-77 and couldn't be the same in The Run, the mob do not trust on Marcus since that event, and he is trying to change, but he doesn't care anymore.

Marcus was sent to Palm City for search some areas were the Mob could stay, since Chicago still a war between cops and robbers, and they decided to keep yours activities in secret.
