Need for Speed: Underground is the seventh installment in the Need for Speed series, and was developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts in 2003. It is the first game in the series to use the THX technology. Underground rebooted the franchise, ignoring the previous Need for Speed games which featured sports cars and exotics. It was the first game in the series to offer a career mode featuring a storyline, and a garage mode that allowed players to fully customize their cars with a large variety of brand-name performance and visual upgrades. All races take place in a generic city at night called Olympic City, though the city bears some resemblance to New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Rather than exotic cars, Underground featured vehicles associated with the import scene. Underground was commercially successful, and inspired a sequel. I do not own any part(s) of the game, all rights belong to their respective creator(s)/owner(s).
So hopefully after the first two failed videos ( on both sound and video quality ) my setup is fully ready to start recording more and longer stuff with both HD video quality and crystal clear sound !!! 2 more NFSU races were enough to test my brand new Blue Yeti Mic :D !!! On the next video I'll be playing NFSU again so you guys can see the whole progress of the game ( even though most of you have probably finished it 100 times yourselves :P) step-by-step !!!
P.S.1 : The background noises ( PC fans and keys pressing ) will hopefully be reduced on the next videos, since I had to adjust the mic's gain to 0 in order for it to not be hyper sensitive in environmental sounds. On this video mic's gain is almost at 1/3 !!! :D
