8Found some new tricks so was able to bring the time down quite significantly. This is not as smooth run as my previous one was so this time around I think I want to make a run that has more fluid execution.Pretty much all the non-boss fights went somehow really slowly and I think there could be a way to decrease the time by minutes if there's a way to route / manipulate them.
The tricks: Tutorial skip. I just played around one day and was trying to figure out a way to grab the Underfield skill without getting the others first. When I couldn't do it, I thought maybe there was a way to just get to Grayscale room without getting any of the skills... Well, what do you know, there was. Was quite happy about that discovery.
Grayscale. I found a way to kill him as fast as possible without the skills would be to get himself inside of the wall or in between the soda machine and the pile of trash. There he cannot hurt you but you can just combo away at him.
Second skip is where you can get to Grand Master Thunder without releasing Vinyl Yetis kidnapped friends first. You can just push yourself through the fence at one location.
I will definitely keep looking for more glitches in the game, but I dedicated one full day on doing that those were the only usable things I was able to find so far. There are other locations as well where you can get yourself out of bounds but so far they have been proven useless e.g. even if you are out of bounds, there is a secondary wall that prevents you from going too far.
