The description below is a little outdated. For now, visit https://www.battleforthenet.com/.

Since I originally created this video, a few things have happened.

Ajit Pai has revealed the ironically-named Restoring Internet Freedom proposal. The goal of this proposal is the undo title II, which would effectively eliminate the FCC's ability to regulate ISPs. This proposal has been voted on and is currently being moved forward.
John Oliver made a wonderful video about this topic, where he revealed a hyperlink that will take you straight to the proposal's commenting page. However the link does not currently go there.
It will be updated at some point in order to send you to a place where you can speak your mind regarding the issue. Bookmark it for now, and return in maybe a few days.

The FCC's contact page also provides many way to get in touch with the agency. The more ways you can speak your mind, the better.

If you would like to inform your senators and representatives about this topic, here is a link that can easily take you to their contact forms, no matter where in the U.S. you live.

Simultaneously, while all this is going on, Republican senator Mike Lee is introducing a bill called the Restoring Internet Freedom Act (yes, it has practically the same name as Pai's proposal.) This bill would also effectively undo the Open Internet Order of 2015 and take a further step by restricting the FCC from re-adopting similar rules in the future. Here is a text to the bill. Many other senators are also involved, who might be worth contacting. Their names can be found under the "Cosponsors" tab.

Here is the senator's contact page if you would like to tell him your opinions on this.

And finally, some links to groups in favor of title II. Consider supporting or even donating to these organizations.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this. We have a tough time ahead of us, but if we all pitch in and help fight the fight for net neutrality, we may win yet. Again, do not sit this one out. Reach out and make your voice heard!
