It currently only supports these Android smartphones: HTC Incredible, HTC Nexus One, HTC EVO 4G, HTC G2, and Samsung Nexus S.

Netflix says they're currently working to expand the support list, and they anticipate getting it out on the market for a large majority of Android devices. So if it's not out for your phone or tablet yet, rest assured that they're hoping to bring it to many more devices.
