I was just playing Return to Arkham, and I noticed these buildings that really popped where they didn't before. One simply says "Arkham" and has the Arkham City logo, the other has the Tricorner Naval logo. Virtuos didn't change the rest of Gotham's skyline, only this.
EDIT: I was heading for another new building at the end of the video; the tower by the bridge to Arkham Asylum.
