NEW WORLD - 8 BEST SETTINGS TO SET UP FOR THE GAME - VERY HELPFUL FOR NEW PLAYERS
17These are the 8 best settings to set up for new players, and all players in general in my opinion for the newly released MMORPG New World.
I will list my reasoning and the settings in the description here:
1) Bandwith Mode - This will allow your computer to set the game to use the highest priority possible when recieving data from the New World Servers, thus creating a smoother gameplay experience with less lag.
2) Enable Camera Shake - When fighting NPCs, Bosses, or other Players in PVE, in the New Order, your screen will shake heavily, so turning this off will give you a good advantage and will allow you keep your reticle on target easier.
3) Always Show Reticle - This will keep your reticle visible at all times, which allows easier aiming, especially with ranged weapons. This should have been on by default, so I would imagine that many players will not have this on, so turning this on will give you an advantage.
4) HUD - Always Show Weapons - This will always show your weapons in your HUD on the bottom, just in case you forget what slot you have what weapon in, or even which weapons you have equipped. This way you will never forget.
5) HUD - Show Extra Ability Cooldowns - This will always show the cooldown timer for your Extra Abilities, so that you never have to wonder when they are ready to use again and waste time spamming a button that won't do anything because the Extra Ability isn't ready yet.
6) Auto-pin Town Projects - This will pin the Town Projects to your screen so that you never forget what Objectives you currently have, and this is especially helpful when trying to earn XP to level up. You won't have to open some other menu or screen to view these, as they will always be visible, and they don't take up too much space.
7) Auto-pin Recipes - This will pin the Recipes to your screen so that you never forget what items you need to Harvest or find for the Recipe you are working on. You won't have to open some other menu or screen to view these, as they will always be visible, and they don't take up too much space.
8) Field of View (Vertically) - This will allow you to see more of the game on your screen. The more you see, the faster you can react.
