How to Fix BUG Where You Cannot "Create NEW Alias"
1 - Task Manager
2 - Nfs.exe -- Go to Details
3 - Nfs.exe -- Set Affinity
4 - Only Select CPU0 (Disable Multi-threading)

You need to do it every time
1 - boot into the game
2 - alt-tab to return to Windows
3 - open task manager
4 - perform the fix
5- return to the game and keep playing
