Just about recently I got this car on my Chicane driver AVBFAN95 from the 3000 driver points car prize pack, and I'm quite happy about it because it's a rare car that I barely see in events. It looks great an it's very fast, but the handling is bad, but still it will do it's job well - ram the hell out of the cops with the heavy mass skill mod in the team escape and pursuit events. The top speed is 298 km/h at 532 overall, but since I detuned mine to 499 overall after I recorded this, it tops at 288 km/h now and IMO it's better to use it in C as the handling doesn't gets much better when you tune it in B.
