Nick admits that for the first few years, he had a bad case of “Shiny Object Syndrome”. Meaning that he let other money making opportunities distract him from the process. In 2020, Nick stumbled upon one of Dan’s recorded weekly calls. In the video, Dan talked about the secret to becoming a millionaire. Be Stupid. Don’t overthink it. Do what works.Then do it again, over and over.
It was just what Nick needed to hear. Rather than seeking the next best thing, he doubled down in the Rank and Rent business. He had already proved that the process we teach in our course worked. All that was left was to do it again, and again, and again. So he focused on the tasks that were making him money and nothing else. He built a team and refined his process. He took the things he normally did in a month and completed them in a week. Then he did it in a day.
When you have assets that are making money for you everyday, it allows you to leverage / hire other people to scale even faster.
If you want to be a millionaire, "be stupid" or don't over complicate things. Do what works, over and over again. Don’t deviate.
