Nightly Psyche - Make a difference.
2Uncovered a VHS recording of a rare nightmare-death in Nightly Psyche! Did people record games to their VHS? Beats me. I'm just a zoomer who grew up on a FARM!!
This is a neat part of Nightly Psyche - the main enemies of the game, these neuron. spider looking things with the web? They can capture the protagonist if you suck (or just let them catch you like this game), and then you get transported into a little nightmare cutscene or music thing. Just a cool thing the devs did, y'know? This nightmare is a bunch of lightbulbs, with the middle one lit up. Then, the lightbulb bursts! That's probably when the player dies? Maybe it's like, "make a difference - by popping light the lightbulb head you are!" Wait a minute, I made an animation where a guy had a lightbulb head... Did I get this cutscene when I was a kid?
Totally not just recreating a visual idea that popped into my head, using the setting of Nightly Psyche because I like the setting and had all the assets and it would be easy enough to do. Although the music was really tough to get right. I mean, what? I didn't make the music. Wink.
