Unfortunately, just as in my old videos of the original playtest, the game balancing goes out the window versus the final boss fight Obviously they gate victory behind a required upgrade or item that you unlock after about ten or so playthroughs.

In my opinion I don't like that, because that doesn't respect a players skill, or their time. Still, if you don't mind grinding and like the gameplay, then this game functions well and is nicely polished. They have made quality of life and combat improvements, but still some of the power descriptions are lacking.
