Here are the rules I can only kill enemies using the electro bolt plasmid and the wrench I am allowed to kill enemies with the electro bolt, and I can give the tools i'm using power ups like normal. If changed any of the rules in the video just ignore them and listen to the description. I am allowed to use other plasmids if I am required to like if I need to to melt a giant piece of ice infront of me and if I need to unlock a door by zapping the door controls and I am allowed to use telekinesis to grab far away objects as long as I don't throw them at an enemie. Also if a enemie shoots or some how makes a explosive barrel or tank explode then that dosn't count because I didn't kill them and if a splicer or big daddy are fighting and one of them dies then that doesn't count same goes with splicer vs splicer and turret of surcurity bot vs something. One more thing about the eletro bolt if it hits water and kills a splicer or something else then that is allowed because i'm using the electro bolt and not any other plasmids. One last thing that splicer I hit by accsident with the bee plasmid during that point when I had that side effet when I drank a potion to get my health back up to maximum when I hit him I think I got lucky because I didn't see him flinch after the bees rushed to him I believe they were despawn at the right time. One last thing if an enemy passes by a trap bolt stuck to the ground or wall that also doesn’t count because you can’t remove them with a wrench.
