Edit: This seems to be caused by an interaction between my Mobile Phone connected via USB and the Network Adapter driver. It seems like this might be a Race issue, the hang is resolved the instant I unplug the phone. The reason I suggest it is a Race issue is because the problem is intermittent, so to me it seems like the hang occurs when the computer processes things in a specific order and the stuff isn't always processed in the same order hence the problem only being intermittent. It seemingly started to happen after installing the Nvidia 372.54 x64 Windows 10 drivers.
