Obscurathon 2 - Marble Madness | Any% by petaQ
Part of a hugely successful series of games, GBC Marble Madness is one of the last console ports that the MM community got to work on, but it's full of tech and has a charm of its own. Unlike the rocket-sled Genesis version, or the steady NES, GBC's movement and turning are like a ground-effect F1 car: total control, if you forgive badly programmed 45-degree walls. Originally deemed impossible to complete, we found a few things that tip the balance in our favour...
Any%: We skip the drawbridge because it's faster, and death abuse the catapult because mediaeval encumberances are so 2000s. Each port has a unique take on Ultimate. Ours is....we don't do Ultimate. ShesChardcore's legendary Poochie Skip lets us level wrap instead. Do do do do-do-do-do!
