Summer 2019.
The controller is broken.
I sent a support ticket from the official Oculus website.
We exchanged a few emails.
They said they would repair/replace it.
To request repair, I need serial number of the box and purchase details.
I created a FedEx account and requested online pickup.
Three copies of INVOICE are required for the pickup documents.
The documents are just given together at the time of pickup.
It took about 7 business days from pickup to return to me.
Oculus paid for all transportation and repair/replacement costs.
My cost was zero.
I'm in Japan, but I think it's almost the same in other countries.
I think Oculus was great to deal with.
