In this video, you can see how the European (PAL) Platinum disc won't boot the level, but the promo one does (Black Label is seen doing it in the PAL completion run) and the Japanese (NTSC/J) token freezing plus the American (NTSC/U) one being just fine, if you want a real console run I'd likely run with that, but if you want to be hardcore you play all three like I've done.
