Old Man is a new mission from Bohemia. It is in beta at the moment and needs to be downloaded from the Steam Workshop (link below). It's an open-world sandbox mission with lots of quests available to you that play out in real-time. It's rather fun. It's set on Tanoa, so requires you to own the Apex expansion.
