I used the Vertex Animated Flags asset pack which was personally bought from the Unreal Engine 4 Marketplace. I then created a horizontal texture of the Syrian Republic flag in Microsoft Paint, created a vertical custom texture of the Syrian Republic flag by using an image flipper online, imported bothly those flag textures to the UE4 project, & used a variety of my derivative Material Instances. The end result was horizontally straight, horizontally angled, & vertical flags of Syrian Republic. Freely downloadable link to my project below!
