Released for the Playstation 1 in 1999. Developed by Pacific Coast Power & Light,and published by 989 Sports/Studios. The last entry in this racing game series,and considered the best of the 3. Take control of speedy hoverbikes that can traverse both land and sea. They really are fast too,much faster than I remembered. There are 10 playable characters,and 2 secret ones that you can unlock. There's also real product placement in this game. Don't forget your Mountain Dew™ Doritos™ and Slim Jims™ to maximize your enjoyment of this game. Played through the Amateur circuit,and I apologize in advance since I'm not good at actual racing games. This was one of my earliest PS1 games by the way.
