This Sudoku uses the XV Pairs, Kropki Pairs, Maximum, Arrows, Cages, Quadruples, Renban and German Whispers constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• XV Pairs: Digits in cells separated by a V sum to 5. Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10.
• Kropki Pairs: Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
• Maximum Cells: A digit in a cell with outward facing arrows must be greater than all of its orthogonal neighbors.
• Arrows: Digits along arrows sum to the digit in the attached circle.
• Killer Cages: Digits in cages sum to small number in the corner.
• Quadruples: A digit in a white circle must appear once in the four surrounding cells.
• Renban: Digits on purple lines form a non-repeating consecutive set, in any order.
• German Whispers: Adjacent digits along green lines must have a difference of at least 5.
