This is the Megahouse Variable Action heroes Past Blue Perona. Probably the most obscure OP character to get a VAH, but I'm glad she got one. She's one of those funny OP characters, one of those weirdos with a fun ability. The Negative Hollows turned out really great and made for some good fun posing.
