Open and closed heart interactions, interpersonally and collectively
Resolving disputes is important, and to do so it is useful to get beyond the yellow ray chakra dynamics fight or flight, and the Drama Triangle, manifested collectively in terms of tribal/ideological identities/affiliations. We must be kind and loving with ourselves, when we feel ourselves drawn towards reacting with fear or anger. We can be mindful of the inclination to react in such a way, and consciously choose to respond with love. I posit that this applies as much in interpersonal relations, as it does collectively - as a means to identify and empathize universally with humanity, and integrate a range of perspectives into a larger whole, rather than engaging in a continuous identitarian struggle of egos and ideologies.
