The first phase of "You Only Know Oblivion", subtitled "Curse", was made as the antithesis to the "Final Phase" in terms of overall tone. The first phase of the battle contains very little hope, if any, so I went with a much more sombre approach, which will build into the intense middle phase (still in progress), and then the grand finale.
This phase is what gave me the most trouble for the better part of the last four months, as I was unable to come up with something that sounded how I wanted, yet transitioned into the middle phase, which I had already figured out a general sound for. Eventually, "Curse" became the simpler of the two and finishing it was no problem. Now the middle phase is the one I have no clue about, despite it already being half composed.
"You Only Know Oblivion" will soon be complete
