This boss is easiest for the barbarian. If you want a better weapon - this is your spot, since he mostly drop blues, and weapons can have 1k+ dps even if they are blue. I will do 1 hour runs on him with 120 mf to see if it helps with rares, and will update info on this video.
If you have't got to act 4 - ask someone in genereal chat to host game with this boss. Once you kill him - you can go on this quest at any moment.
UPD: FM has no effect, or really not noticable. 10 fullpacks of items, 125 MF, 3 rares.
