We talk about retro games and arcade games on the channel and for YEARS now we have been showing you the best arcade games that never received home console ports...so I figured it was time to compare arcade vs home console games! Starting with OutRunners from Sega, the sequel to OutRun and the precursor to OutRun 2 / OutRun 2006 from Sega which released as an arcade game on the Sega System 32 and a Sega Genesis game from Taito...and it's both one of the best arcade games ever...so let's see how the Sega Genesis OutRunners stacks up! One Sega arcade board, one retro game console!
You can play OutRunners on MAME and if you need a MAME Tutorial / MAME Guide stay tuned! You can also play it on MiSTer FPGA on the MiSTer FPGA Genesis core or the MiSTer FPGA Mega Drive core...and of course on a console...but however you play it...you SHOULD play it!
