This video shows how to overclock DDR5 memory to 6400mhz. Ideally, you should use a RAM kit rated for 6400mhz for best case timings.

Key concepts to note:
1) For speeds above 6000mhz, use UCLK = MCLK / 2 (This is also referred to as Gear 2 mode)
2) Use SK Hynix memory rated for 6400mhz or better to improve chances of tighter timings
3) VDDQ needs to be 1.4v for high speeds such as 6400mhz (Most memory kits rated for 6400mhz will already include this in the EXPO/XMP profile) Some of the best binned SK Hynix can do 6400mhz at 1.35v which is what I recommend using.
