In order to find and capture Fenglope, you have to find it in the Ascetic Falls area of the map. This area is to the west of the starting point of the game. Once in the Ascetic Falls area, you can find the Fenglope's asset on the map in the southwest. Traveling to the asset on the map, you will notice that the Fenglope doesn't spawn above ground. You will have to find the path that leads to it.

Just north of where the Fenglope's asset is on the map, you can see where the water starts. There is a waterfall here with a cave behind it that leads to the Fenglope. Either go due north of the Fenglope's asset, or fast travel to the Ascetic falls waypoint and go northwest to where the water starts on the map.

Once you find the highest waterfall, look behind it, and you will see a torch with the cave. Follow it all the way to the end, and the Fenglope will be waiting for you! Don't forget to try and catch it!
