This currently is the mostly agreed upon to be hardest mod for Paper Mario. In fact this has earned the reputation as "The Dark Souls of Paper Mario." There is a lot of added content as well as ramping up the games difficulty. It is so hard that there is an easier version of the game made for those that aren't up to the challenge, but still want to experience the game (MQ Jr). Most Paper Mario hacks are still pretty fresh off the block, so I haven't seen or played any Paper Mario hacks before. This hack was created in 2019 by Emperor_Thamz, Rainchus, JaThePlayer, and Brotenko.
