Hola Mi Gente this is your guy Davin with part three of the video. Ok here is how I color my cartoon characters most of the time. I grab the pencil tool and set it's options to fill. Its a good method to help save time on some things. I know Wayne isn't the most outrageous super detailed looking cartoon ever made. Lol sometimes I just like the simple and straight forward look,but that's just me.
And yes Wayne does not have a nose, it's just a part of his design xP. He is an English Bulldog from London. Most friends of mine might know him from Tegakie.com
