There are a few tweakable settings in the custom game mode, such as enemy health, enemy armour, and enemy aggression which you can pump up to high. You can also start the game in winter, with the season length set to realistic. Finally, we have starvation and dehydration damage maxed out, as well as consumable effects set to hard.

It's not a great deal of customization, I'll admit, but I find fighting cannibals on normal mode difficult as it is. It's gonna take some skill, patience, stealth, and a healthy dose of cheese.

So I oughta put some SEO stuff here, y'know like.. talk about sons of the forest being a survival rpg or something. I really don't know what youtube likes. Youtube likes it when I say things like difficult challenge in sons of the forest, sons of the forest's hardest difficulty. how to befriend the three-legged lady, how to befriend Virginia (that's her name :) )

uhh.. I dunno. I really want this video to do well, but it probably won't lets be honest. Last video was such a let down. I had a lot of fun editing this, it felt like how zomboid used to feel. Don't get me wrong, I still love zomboid, but I've done all the things I want to do, the passion is only there when I come up with something new, you know?
