Naorin and co. head into the last tower: Hypnos Tower. After some time, the group finds a room where they find Tadashi, Tamaki, and Natsumi. Fortunately, the three are just asleep. The group soon finds Hanya and Ooishi asleep in a nearby room. The soon finds the Dream World Entrance. Philemon appears and explains that the souls of the people were being held in the Dream World. The group decides to go into the Dream World to wake everyone up. In Natsumi's dream, she and her recent ex-boyfriend are at the convenient store shopping for pre-made meals to have for dinner, in Hanya and Ooishi's dream, the two are in the principal's office where their roles are reversed and are discussing Hanya's rules, and in Tadashi and Tamaki's dream, the two are in the fencing club and have confessed their love for each other. Naorin is able to wake everyone up and after some more exploration, the group enters the dream of an unknown person with Hypnos by her side. The girl introduces herself as the guardian, Kumi Hirose, and asks why the group is in her dream. Elly asks why she is putting people to sleep. Kumi explains that people are the happiest, when they are asleep. Hypnos suggests showing the group the events that lead to Kumi joining the Snow Queen. The flashback reveals that the Drama Club is upset with her because she is focusing on studying instead of practicing her role as the Snow Queen, while her father is upset because he believes she is spending all her time rehearsing rather than studying. The group is not convinced, which upsets Kumi. Brown suggests that she should try to enjoy life, while Ayase thinks the story was an excuse to brag about her grades. Kumi asks what she could have done, then ask Hypnos if she is in the wrong. Hypnos reassure her that she is not at fault. Elly concludes that Kumi just likes blaming others and that she is selfish. This upsets Kumi who continues to insist that she is now happy. Hypnos asks Kumi if she would like him to dispose of the group. Yukino asks if that can be done, everyone is still in the Dream World. She hypothesizes that pinching Kumi will prevent Hypnos from doing anything and that Kumi is likely somewhere else in the tower. Naorin goes to pinch Kumi, which wakes her up. The group leave the Dream World to check on the people put to sleep. The group got a Mirror Shard from Hanya who wants an explanation once the journey is over, and Tamaki who goes back to telling Tadashi how much she loves him. The group then continues to climb the tower and reaches Hypnos' Chamber. Kumi calls out her persona Hypnos to defeat Naorin and co., but the group is able to defeat the persona. After that, Kumi feels as if she has no safe place to escape anymore. She believes that if she was strong like Naorin and co., she may have been able to reject the Snow Queen's offer. She realizes that she was behaving like the people she blamed. Elly points out that recognizing her weakness makes her strong. Kumi thanks the group and wishes she had friends like them before disappearing. The group obtains the final Mirror Shard and ambrosia. The Demon Mirror is now complete, so the group can now go save Ms. Saeko.
