About Persona 5 The Phantom X (Megami Tensei Wiki):

Persona 5: The Phantom X, also known as Persona 5 X or P5X, is a turn-based role-playing video game developed by Black Wings Game Studio and published by Perfect World Games. It is a spin-off of Persona 5, and is officially authorized by SEGA with deep involvement by Atlus.[3]

It was originally announced under the alias Code Name: X in April 2021[4][5] only to be re-announced as P5X 2 years later. It is currently unknown if it will release outside of China.[6]
Playable Characters
Protagonist (code name - Wonder): This game's main character. A boy in his second year of high school at Kokatsu Academy. His initial Persona is Jánošík.[7]
Suwa Arai (code name - Closer): A second-year student and classmate of the protagonist's. Active and has a cheerful personality. Her Persona is Awilda.[7]
Luffy (code name - Cattle): A mysterious creature in the form of an owl that can speak human language and can transform into a van. A reliable partner. His Persona is Rob Roy.[7]
Seiji Shiratori (code name - Seiji): His Persona is Leucothea.[8]
Kotone Montagne (code name - Mont): Her Persona is Terpsichore.[8]
Yukimi Fujikawa (code name - Yuki): Her Persona is Styx.[8]

Igor: The man who operates the Velvet Room.
Merope: Velvet Room Attendant.
Kumi Katayama: A teacher at Kokatsu Academy.
Munehisa Iwai: The owner of the airsoft shop, Untouchable in Shibuya.
