Last week’s storm impacted many Phoenix neighborhoods, causing damage to properties, scattering debris on our streets and leaving some without power. The city of Phoenix quickly went into action, mobilizing emergency units and various departments, including Streets Transportation, Public Works, Water Services, Police, and Fire, to assist residents in need and to clear the streets from debris and trash for the safety of pedestrians and commuters. Here are just some of the employees who worked during and immediately after the storm to ensure residents’ safety.
