Another great apple sauce based hot sauce from Lucky Dog Hot Sauce ... absolutely awesome ... delicious ... fantastic ... the taste of the smoke ... a nice amount of heat but nothing overpowering ... goes great on pork ... great on lamb ... great on everything ... I absolutely love this one ... although I definitely wouldn't have given it 8 on heat these days ... maybe my tolerance has changed a LOT since October 8-)
