HEY EVERYBODY!! it's FAMILY YOGA DAY!! We got the whole family together for a relaxing routine/tradition that we all love! The first thing we have to do before we jump into yoga is stretch! Some of our favorite stretches are ankle stretches, twisting our bellies, ones that make us look like a flamingo, and even ones that turn me into a chair!! Next, we rolled out our mats and started the fun! My family and I can do some really cool tricks! I can climb on both of my parents making an adley bridge, I can hang upside down from my mom's feet, and niko and I can look like a table! During our Yoga session, Niko got a little distracted and turned on the lava! Luckily it was only a little bit, but it gave me the idea to jump on our bean bag!! I can do a lot of really cool jumping tricks! I can do a flip, I can twist, and I can do a belly flop! It was so fun playing with my family and it was really relaxing it was like a vacation from normal life! We also played a new game called pirate yoga! We had to stack birds on top of our body parts and not move! If the birds stayed on us the entire time we won!! Maybe next time we can do pirate vs fairy yoga!
