Symptoms#1 : missing characthers/texts

Fix#1 : found missing clock on pin 11 of a 4LS273 @IC39.Patched its trace to the near pad.

Symptoms#2 : missing sound

Fix#2: replaced bad BA12003 (Darlington transistor arrays) @IC129 with a compatible ULN2003
